These guidelines help keep Flint Creek safe, clean, peaceful, and fun for every family.

Emergencies and disturbances

For emergencies, call 911 immediately. For disturbances or after-hours concerns, contact the Flint Creek office at (585) 554-3567 and leave a message if needed.

Vehicles and speed limit

One vehicle is permitted per campsite. Additional vehicles must use the main parking lot. The campground speed limit is 5 mph for every vehicle.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and from 11:00 PM on weekends. Outside radios, TVs, and loud voices are not permitted during quiet hours.

Campfires and firewood

Campfires are permitted until midnight when weather conditions allow. Keep fires low, inside the provided ring, and fully extinguished by midnight. Do not bring outside firewood; firewood is available from the campground.

Children and teens

Children 12 and under must be with a parent by 9:00 PM. Teens must be with a parent by 10:00 PM. Children and teens may not be left unattended in the park.

Pool

An adult age 18 or older must accompany children. Pool hours are posted and may change. All posted pool rules are strictly enforced.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Late-stay requests must be made at the office by 10:00 AM on departure day and may require a fee. Early arrival must be requested before your trip.

Guests

All guests must register at the front office and park in the designated guest parking area. Guest rates apply. Day passes are valid from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; overnight passes end at noon the following day.

Pets

Pets must remain leashed, may not be left unattended, and must be cleaned up after. Observe all no-pet areas, especially around the pool. Children walking dogs must be accompanied by an adult. Aggressive or nuisance-causing pets are not permitted.

Bicycles and recreational vehicles

Riders age 16 and younger must wear helmets. Bikes must return to the campsite by 8:00 PM or dusk, whichever comes first. Motor bikes, motorized recreational vehicles, and skateboards are not permitted.

Hiking

Marked trails include steep cliffs and ponds. Children and pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the trails.

Trash

Bag campsite trash and place it in the dumpsters marked on the map. Dumpsters are for household trash generated during the camping stay only; fees may apply for improper disposal.

Cancellation policy

For stays of 21 days or less, cancellations more than 14 days before arrival receive a refund less a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. For longer stays, the $200 deposit is nonrefundable. Cabins and holiday weeks are nonrefundable.

Sites and group bookings

Specific site assignments cannot be guaranteed. If a change is required, the campground will provide a comparable alternative when possible. Groups should reserve early to improve the chance of being placed together.

Safety and conduct

Illegal drugs, firearms, knives, and fireworks are prohibited. Flint Creek is a private recreational campground, not a permanent residence, and may deny or revoke camping privileges when rules or safety standards are not followed.

Damage and balances

Guests authorize the campground to charge the card on file for outstanding balances or damage associated with their stay.

Policies may be updated by campground management. Posted rules and staff instructions take priority during your stay.

Is Flint Creek open year-round?

Yes. Flint Creek Campground welcomes guests year-round, subject to site availability and seasonal operating conditions.

What can I book?

Flint Creek offers RV sites, tent sites, and cabins. Use the Book Your Stay form to enter dates, adults, and children before continuing to the campground's direct Campspot booking portal.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Contact the office before arrival to request an early check-in; late-stay requests must be made by 10:00 AM on departure day.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely. Flint Creek is family friendly, with a pool, playground, children's garden, gameroom, sports areas, and scheduled campground activities.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets must be leashed, supervised, cleaned up after, and kept out of posted no-pet areas. Aggressive or excessively disruptive pets are not permitted.

Can I bring firewood?

No. To protect campground trees, outside firewood is not permitted. Approved firewood is available from the campground.

Can I choose a specific site?

You may request a site, but exact assignments are not guaranteed. If a change is necessary, the team will try to provide a comparable site.
